What is Paranormal?

The dictionary describes it as 

 pertaining to the claimed occurrence of an event or perception without scientific explanation, 

as psychokinesis,extrasensory perception, or other purportedly supernatural phenomena.

There are many many paranormal investigations going on around the world, and more and more groups of onvestigators are popping up every day

The TV series Most Haunted has made this a very popular hobby/pass time/interest

This page is not meant, or will not discredit any motives or methods, it is once again my opinion

I have been to many allegedly haunted buildings and experience various forms of communication, most of it subjectively through my mediumship, and some objective experiences.

Am I saying it isn't true?

Absolutely not.  As I mentioned earlier, I have experienced many things subjectively through my mediumship, both on a Psychic and a spiritual level.

I have also had physical experiences where I have seen cuts and scratches on other people, and myself to which we were unable to explain.

We have heard unusual knockings, taps, and voices which we couldn't explain, and have been the only people in the room where these have happened.

I definitely believe that that are things out there which can not be explained scientifically, or mediumistically, we can only understand what we can understand.

When I walk in to a building I become aware of the feeling of the building, the general mood, happy or sad.  As I walk through the building I start to get a feel for the history, the residual energies. I will then expand my awareness to try to collate more information.  This can be through pictures or feelings.

If I become aware of an intelligent energy, I will tell them I am here as a friend, and here to help if I can.  I will then ask if I may communicate with them.

By this time I am already aware of the type of energy I am dealing with, and pretty much aware of whether they are going to allow me to chat with them.

If this is a negative energy, I will still try to take the opportunity to communicate, and see if i can help, or find out why they are feeling so low.

Remember a negative Spirit is not neccesarily and evil one.
